Someone who supposedly helps keep people in her debt stay out of house pet status, although that's kinda skewed given that they're likely in debt because of her cheating. At the very least, we had Nishinotouin this episode. I feel like none of these characters will have development beyond their one role.

Lastly there's scaredy-kun, who you relate to because he's sane, but not much else. Then there's overpowered protagonist chick, who you side with, because she puts them rich bullies in their place. There's the kids in the academy, who're all apparently sadists, who want to run amok with mommy and daddy's money. It just feels like a bunch of 2D (ha) set pieces meant to evoke one particular emotion, with no real development. I just don't enjoy the whole "look at all these whacky whacky personalities, aren't they just so strange and entertaining?" type stuff much. I am currently watching the show, but also on the edge of dropping it. Of course the other half of it turns onto the show if you know what I mean. The faces and craziness will turn some people off from the show.
